Dear friends, from the bottom of my heart I congratulate you on the feast of Theophany (the Baptism of the Lord)!✨💧✨

In the ancient Church, the mystery of Nativity and Theophany was originally celebrated together, in one great feast of the appearance of the Son of God to the human race for Salvation. The interconnectedness of these feasts can be seen in the following logical sequences:

✨ Nativity - signifies the Coming of the Savior into the world;

✨ Theophany - the Appearance of God to the world - Knowledge of Christ as the Son of the Father, through the Holy Spirit - Revelation - the Unveiling of the mystery of the Holy Trinity;

💧 Baptism - Enlightenment by the Light of grace - the beginning of Christ’s preaching about the nearness of the Kingdom of Heaven.

From the bottom of my heart I congratulate all of us on this truly Bright Day! ✨ I wish that the uncreated Light of Christ may illumine every corner of our soul, granting clarity of thought and wisdom in every decision; that Divine grace may renew us inwardly; that the passions which hold us captive may lose their power over us; and that our life's path and each new day may lead to true knowledge of the Creator - toward His infinite love.
